Our terms and conditions give you the right to cancel your subscription to use the Datamonster online backup software at anytime.

1Vision IT Ltd do not require a notice period but do require confirmation in writing that you wish to stop using the online backup service.

If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of entering into a payment agreement any money that you have paid to 1Vision IT Ltd will be refunded in full.

If you cancel your subscription at any other time during your agreement then 1Vision IT Ltd will refund any money owing to you on a pro rata basis.

The date you send your confirmation will be the date used to determine if a refund is owing to you.

If you have paid more money to 1Vision IT Ltd than the number of days you have used the service your account will be deemed to be in credit and 1Vision IT Ltd will therefore refund any money owing to you.

Please be aware upon receipt of your cancellation notification your online backup account will be put into suspension.

Your online backup account will be deleted from our system one month after receiving your notification if no money is owing to you.

If money is owing to you then your online backup account will be deleted one month after any money owing to you has been refunded.
