Our terms and conditions give you the right to cancel your subscription to use the Datamonster online backup software at anytime. We do not require a notice period but do require confirmation in writing that you wish to stop using the online backup service. If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of entering into a payment agreement any money that you have paid to Datamonster will be refunded in full.

If you cancel your subscription at any other time during your agreement Datamonster will charge you for the balance of the month in which you cancel your subscription.

The date you send your confirmation to stop using the service will be the date used to determine if a refund is owing to you.

Please be aware upon receipt of your cancellation notification your online backup account will be deleted so we advise you to ensure that you have alternative backups in place to protect your data.
